You may be interested to know I have been baking today! Yes, I’m back in the room 😉
Simple quiche for tea, Hubby’s favourite coconut cake, and a few (as yet undecorated) cupcakes. I have some apples kindly donated by a neighbour, which are destined for a crumble tomorrow too. And I may even get round to practising those Christmas cakes!
