Hello again,
Yesterday I finally got round to making my first batch of ‘mini’ Christmas Cakes. When I say ‘mini’ I don’t mean individual, I mean 5″ round, just big enough for a small family or couple. They proved very popular last year, and as I’ve mentioned in previous posts, I’m playing with some different designs this Christmas. I’ve posted some already, and plan to try some more now my coloured fondant has arrived!
