Hi, I haven’t posted for a few days, mainly because I’ve had a rough few nights, and been so tired I can’t think straight. As I’m writing this, it’s 3.45am, and I have only been asleep for a couple of hours. I don’t know why, I mean I know I have bad nights, but this is something else 😥 In general after a sleepless night, I usually get a reasonable one, but this is happening night after night. Any fellow insomniacs out there? If you have any tips that don’t involve drugs or alcohol, I’d be very grateful for them!
Anyway, since I’m up, I may as well tell you that I gave the new oven a good workout on Friday. I baked for Greenbrook Methodist Church coffee morning, and my great nieces 1st birthday party (I feel so old!) A few pics of my efforts below. Mostly ok, but still getting used to the oven temperature settings etc.
I’m going to try and get back to sleep now 😴
