Well ok, perhaps Eureka is pushing it a bit, but…….. I finally managed to get my cakes baked 😊 Nothing exciting to show you yet, but the actual cakes are baked, and waiting to be transformed. I have two family birthdays coming up. Hubby’s on Tuesday, and son’s on 3rd May. On the in between Sunday (30th) we’re having a joint family get together. As I can’t let Tuesday go by without some sort of cakiness, I’ll be making a small one for hubby, and a bigger one – 3D – for Sunday. We’re also going out to eat with my son and daughter in law on Tuesday for hubby’s birthday. My son has set me a birthday cake ‘challenge’, but I won’t tell you what it is yet, and I’ll be freezing his cake before I carve and cover it. I will be working on the smaller cake tomorrow though, so will keep you posted 😋
