Cakes, Bakes, and Me

Macmillan Coffee Morning

Hi everyone, sometimes it seems like I’m always asking people for money! Two months after my Breast Cancer Care fundraiser, and I’m back again raising funds for Macmillan.

This time, I hosted at Greenbrook Methodist Church in the community room, and I have to say a big thank you for allowing me to do so 😀

Thank you also to everyone who attended. We raised £172 🤩🙌🙏🌟

If you would like to donate, there is still time to do so by following the link below

Macmillan Nurses provide care and support for those suffering from cancer, and for their loved ones. It’s a very specialised form of nursing which relies on outside support to continue providing this much needed support for families under the most difficult of circumstances. If you have been affected, please click the link below for more information.

So….on to the cakes! As you can see I was quite a busy bee 🐝 but I must thank my lovely Mum, who made scones and a Victoria sponge, and helped me out enormously on the day. Also to Sandra who organised the setting out of the room the day before, and also helped out on the day. Hubby Glen who helped put out the tables, and put up with ready meals because I was too busy baking to cook!
