Recipes

Chocolate Sponge Cake

Follow the recipe for Vanilla Cake but substitute 50g flour with 50g cocoa powder.
Alternatively, substitute the caster sugar for Sugar and Crumbs Chocolate Milkshake icing sugar, totally yummy, and now my preferred method.

Tip: Why not try one of S&C natural flavoured cocoa powders?
